People need to learn there are no do-overs in life.
Second chances to start new, yes--do-overs, no.
Why does Vlaimir Putin feel his mission in life is
to reunite the old Soviet Union? Invading individual countries
just to make it a reality will only result in bloodshed,
destruction, and hardships for the Russian people due to
sanctions from NATO Allies .
Also, you can't stop your kids from learning about things
in life you feel are unsavory. Young children don't need to find
out until they are older, but for high school students, banning or burning books
you deem trash and filth is going back to WWII, when everyone burned books
written in German because od Hitler and the Nazi's. It's possible that even some
Bibles written in German were burned. The kids will be out of school and having to deal with
life issues--you can't ban that. They probably already interact with gay people, and a
book written by a gay Black man may give them a better understanding of his struggles.
And not wanting radio & TV to play songs by Black artists about the Black's struggles
is ridiculous. Some of those songs are classics. Yet they don't seem to have a problem
with songs that have swear words, talk about sex, or even violence.
Some parents don't even want to have "The Talk" with their kids. That's their choice, but
how many teenage pregnancies or abortions are there because of that decision? Not to
mention STD'S that cause health issues--even death? I'm not judging anyone--I'm just
saying life cannot be changed to everyone's satisfaction. You can't please everyone.
GOD IS IN CHARGE.
