MAYBE THIS YEAR?

Maybe, just maybe, this will be
The year.  The year that we
Can tell Cancer and Alzheimer's
They're over and done--HISTORY.

So many people could be healed--
Everyone could afford the treatment.
Not just the wealthy or connected.
Or approved by the government.

Each individual man, woman, and child
No matter gender, race or religion.
And it's immaterial whatever is
Your political affiliation.

And we could make sure to share
Our cures with people of ALL NATIONS.
It would be cruel and inhumane to keep
It from all future generations.

Being able to announce cures for
These diseases would be wonderful.
Almost as good as the Second Coming.
Maybe this year we will?
