DO YOU FEEL EMPTY?

Do you ever feel empty?  Not sad, angry,
Or hungry--just empty?  Like you're
In a void, a vacuum, or a black hole--
Why you feel this way you're not sure?

Sometimes in this life, you get both
Emotionally and physically drained.
You feel you've given or done all you
Can, but tomorrow you'll do it all again.

My feeling is that a life without God
Would be that way all of the time.
Numb, non-feeling, helping no one--
Not even being thoughtful or kind.

No one is perfect--not even Christians.
Everyone needs a solid base to stand
On--that base is God.  Believe in Him and His
Unconditional love--He holds your hand.

He believes in you.  You can pray to Him
About your troubles--He knows what's in
Your heart and mind.  Give God all your
Worries and problems--He'll take care of them.

God is always there, steadfast and strong.
You may stray from Him at times,
But He is always by you to offer love, guidance, and
Eternal life.  He's alive and real, your Savior and mine.

If you feel like you're starting to lose
Your way, just have a heart to heart
With God.  He'll guide you back--He
Created everything.  He gave you your start.
