BILLY GRAHAM WAS CALLED HOME

With the passing of Billy Graham,
Comes the end of something we
Sorely need right now.  A man who is
God-fearing and not afraid to let others see.

He was known world-wide as a man
Who preached the gospel, had faith
In God, loved the old hymns--
And did not fear death.

He knew when he died that
He would come face to face
With his Lord and Master.
Life on earth a mere stopping place.

He may not have been of your
Denomination--but everyone
Respected his preaching,
And several souls were won.

He was human and not perfect--
None of us are.  But today
More than ever we need someone
To preach the gospel for God, not money.

We should have prayer back in schools--
That law is broken when a killer shoots
Up our schools.  Both teachers and students
Pray.  Prayer and God are in our roots.

There will never be another
Billy Graham--he counselled
World leaders, and was respected
For his faith in God.  His light shined.

The Bible says in the final days
To be wary of false prophets,
Because they are not true believers--
One may be the Anti-Christ.

We, each one who believes--
Need to carry on Billy's
Message the best we can, everywhere
We are so people remember:  GOD LIVES.
