SO MANY

So many things left
Undone or unsaid.
Too late now--after
Someone is dead.

So many things said
And done that should
Never have happened--
Don't help the greater good.

So many people
Murdered each day--
We want safe streets,
And to keep them that way.

So many people treated
With disrespect and hate.
It needs to stop now--
Or it might be too late.
