If we were to pay our
Mothers what they are worth--
There wouldn't be enough
Money on the planet Earth.
They wear so many hats, and
Do so many things--some
Have structure they follow, others
Seem chaotic, but get things done.
There are single moms
Who do things on their own.
Some have family support
So they don't feel so alone.
That's just day to day--
Don't forget the overtime.
What we owe our mothers is
More than the National Debt anytime.
