Exhibitions and rides
For all ages to share.
The grandstand has shows
By performers you love.
Ride the Ferris wheel--
But don't get stuck up above.
The midway is fun for all. A variety
Of souvenir stands and carnival games--
Whiffs of good food,
Put ideas of a diet to shame.
Fair food like funnel cakes,
Armadillo eggs, fried Oreo's or Twinkies--
And don't forget the Pronto Pups,
Cotton candy, and flavors of salt water taffy.
Kids love to see the rabbits,
And the baby animals.
Ladies like the quilt displays--
Men like the farm machines and cattle.
There is always something
To interest everyone's tastes.
If you get a chance to go to one--
It's a chance you shouldn't waste.
