We have a divided nation.
Due to a President and Congress
Wanting what THEY want,
And forgetting about us.
Someone gets a bill
Drawn up to be voted on,
Someone else sneaks something on to it,
And because of that, the bill is gone.
Or if they finally get a bill
Through the House and Senate--
Obama will use of his authority
To say "I'm against it."
He's also said he'll use
His power as President to get
The things he wants made in to law.
It's called Executive Order-pphht.
Keep praying for our country
We're definitely not out of the woods.
The new President will inherit
A big pile of crud.
