Whether physical or emotional-
It hurts deep and raw.
It leaves scars
That make you feel like your flawed.
Children have the rhyme
"words can never hurt me",
But teenage suicides
Show that they can be.
Whether it's called bullying
Or abuse,
I know lives change in growing--
But it's a road you should never choose.
I'm talking about pain--
It's inflicted in many ways,
It's time to end it
While the nation prays.
